MANDADORY SPRING SPORTS ATHLETES & PARENTS MEETING: TONIGHT at 6:00 p.m. in the gym.

 

CONGRATULATIONS to the Scholar Bowl Team for taking first place in the Clinton County Tournament last night!

 

CONGRATULATIONS to the Varsity Boys Basketball team on their regional win last night vs. Hillsboro! They will be facing Nashville in the Regional Championship on Friday night at 7:00 in Carlyle.

 

THANK YOU to everyone who donated at the blood drive yesterday.  We were able to collect 60 units of blood- enough to help 240 people!

 

FRESHMAN CLASS FUNDRAISER: Freshmen are currently selling Auntie Anne’s pretzels, cookies, and other baked goods.  Don’t forget the top three sellers will win prizes.  The profits fund class floats, your class trip, and Prom.  Fundraising forms and money are due back to Mr. Burcham or Mrs. O’Rear by Friday March 1st.  You must sell $40 worth of goods to be eligible for class trip. 

 

BASEBALL MEETING: This Friday during Advisory in the cafeteria.

 

AFTER PROM T-SHIRT DESIGN COMPETITION: Open to all juniors and seniors. Your design must fit on letter size paper. The theme for prom is Escape to Paradise. Deadline for design submission is Friday, February 22. Email your design to: shellar7@gmail.com

 

TRACK & FIELD FAN GEAR – There are order forms in the office if you are interested in ordering a track t-shirt. Cost is $13. Deadline for ordering is Friday, February 22.

GUIDANCE NEWS . . .

Juniors and Seniors--a representative from Southeast Missouri State University at Cape Girardeau will be here TODAY at 1:35 to meet with interested students.  Sign up in the guidance office by the end of the day Wednesday to attend.

 

Juniors and Seniors--Kaskaskia College Cosmetology will be hosting its spring High School Visit Day on March 21st from 1-4 p.m.  Space is limited so see Mrs. Fisher if you would like to reserve your spot.
