Spanish club tertulia will be meeting in room 207 during advisory TODAY

 

SPECIAL OLYMPICS BASKETBALL – There is a signup sheet in the office if you would like to volunteer to help with Special Olympics Basketball this Sunday, February 10. Workers are needed from 10:30 – 2:00 to help with lunch and awards.

 

Congratulations to the following FFA members for placing in the Section 22 Proficiency Awards. Results were as follows:

Courtney, Noah, and Tyler will go on to compete at the district level in March.

 

Gourmet Club will have Coffee Bar this Friday - Coffee, assorted creamers, Hot Cocoa, and Vanilla Cappuccino.  $1 with your cup; $1.50 with ours.

 

NO BASEBALL OPEN GYM this Sunday. The next first open gym will be Sunday, February 17 at 2:00 p.m.

 

VALENTINE COOKIE GRAMS on sale – Cookies are $2.00 each and all orders will be taken at lunch or in Ms. Taylor’s room. All orders are due by this Friday, February 8th.

TRACK & FIELD FAN GEAR – There are order forms in the office if you are interested in ordering a track t-shirt. Cost is $13.

 

BASEBALL TEAM/FAN GEAR – The baseball team has fan gear available in its team store: https://stores.inksoft.com/WS11549. The last day to order is February 18.

 

GUIDANCE NEWS . . .

*NEW: Seniors planning to attend Kaskaskia College--a representative will be here next Monday, February 11th, at 11 a.m. to show you how to complete the KC Foundation Scholarship application.  If you are interested in attending sign up in the guidance office.

 

*NEW: Kaskaskia College has added a second section of Medical Terminology that begins in March.  This is good for students entering an allied health program.  Through the Jump Start Program this class would be half cost.  If interested see Mrs. Fisher.
